Scuba Diving

With a diverse coastline of golden sand beaches, secluded bays, rocky coves, soaring cliffs and protected marine reserves, scuba diving in Costa Blanca offers a delightful and colourful underwater world just waiting to be discovered. Since man first struggled into a huge brass bell helmet, cumbersome dive suit and weighted boots and slipped below the waves, our fascination with the world's seas and oceans has led to ever increasing diving technology in the quest to go deeper and explore further.

With the Costa Blanca's superb year round weather, water sports and activities are a big industry, especially in the tourist hot spots such as Benidorm, Alicante and Orihuela Costa where the choice of activities is vast and competition fierce. Throughout the towns and cities are a number of adventure tour operators, dive shops and dive academies that offer activities and courses from a basic introductory dive up to the ultimate qualification of Dive Master.
